We are a fifth-generation family Oxfordshire contractor established in 1868 by our founder Thomas Henry Kingerlee with a proud heritage spanning over 158 years. That kind of longevity doesn’t happen by accident, it’s earned through trust, uncompromising quality, and a steadfast commitment to doing things the right way.

From exceptional private homes to complex commercial environments, we bring the same precision and care to every project. What makes us unique is the breadth of our experience, delivering beautifully crafted residential spaces alongside state-of-the-art laboratories, education facilities, healthcare environments, and commercial developments.

Few contractors operate comfortably in both worlds. We do.
