  • Two phase refurbishment of Kingerlee HQ
  • Comprehensive upgrade of office spaces with new thermal linings, ceilings, and M&E services
  • Installation of new kitchens, bathrooms
  • Reconfigured layout with bespoke joinery and high tech meeting rooms
Thomas House at Langford Locks, Kidlington, has been the home of Kingerlee since 1999, and it was time for our much-loved headquarters to receive a well-deserved refresh.
The project was delivered in two carefully planned phases to ensure key areas of the building remained fully operational throughout, allowing staff to continue working on site. The refurbishment included a comprehensive renovation of the principal office spaces, incorporating enhanced thermal linings, new ceilings, and full replacement of mechanical and electrical services.

In addition, the project introduced new
bathrooms and kitchens, state-of-the-art
meeting room technology. Furthermore, a
bespoke reception desk and media walls were expertly crafted by Kingerlee Joinery.

The newly upgraded foyer and office spaces now present a modern, re-imagined layout, comprising the main office, a dedicated collaboration area, open-plan kitchen and canteen, meeting rooms, and supporting ancillary spaces.
