Kingerlee Special Projects worked along side the team at Hoare Lea to refurbish their current offices in Oxford and provide them with a comfortable and modern space.

This project was heavily focused on sustainability. Where possible furniture was recycled and items such as carbon-neutral cork flooring was installed, along with LED lighting and air conditioning to increase the buildings efficiency.

Further works included an upgrade of acoustic performance using sustainable products such as wood wool panels, the construction of new video conference booths, an overhaul of the existing electrical system, creation of new collaboration spaces, bespoke joinery and redecoration throughout the building.
