The High Street Project is an exciting scheme based in the heart of Oxford City Centre located on one of Oxford’s most prominent streets on behalf of All Souls College.
The project will deliver the renewal of a terrace of historic High Street buildings, combining refurbishment of retail units at ground level with the creation of new teaching and research accommodation above. Works will include the careful replacement of shop fronts and the construction of seminar rooms, study spaces, and staff areas to increase capacity across the College estate.

A deep retrofit approach shall be carried out to extend the lifespan of the buildings and improve overall performance. Works include installing internal insulation, upgrading glazing, and fitting high-efficiency mechanical and electrical systems, with renewable technologies added where possible.
