The MW2 project at St Mary’s School delivered a high‑quality new-build development comprising 64 en-suite pupil bedrooms, a lecture theatre, pastoral care facilities, and three staff houses.

Built on the site of redundant tennis courts and a former sports field, the scheme introduces accommodation arranged in clusters of eight bedrooms, each with a shared kitchen. All en‑suite shower rooms were delivered as off‑site manufactured pods to improve efficiency and quality.

The residential blocks combine facing brickwork, render, and pitched tiled roofs, set around a landscaped courtyard. The lecture theatre and pastoral centre are formed from a two‑storey reinforced concrete frame, featuring a curtain‑walled frontage and brick-clad side and rear elevations.
