Refurbishment and structural works to a
private dwelling in Oxfordshire.

The scope for this project involved renovating and modifying existing rear dormer windows and adding two new triple glazed windows. Improvements to building insulation were made by adjusting the external cladding and flooring.

External modifications included removing a
chimney breast from the side elevation and
restructuring the roof to form a new gable
at the rear of the property. Internal wall
openings were expanded, and mineral fibre insulation was installed in new walls.

New sustainable services were installed,
following the termination of gas supply,
alongside an overhaul of the M&E systems
including re-wiring, re-plumbing and installing new fixtures.

A new kitchen was created, along with
installation of utility units, sanitary ware and decoration throughout the building.
