Special Projects are an agile part of Kingerlee, delivering high quality construction in live and often complex environments. The team undertakes a wide range of work, from fast track refurbishments and the careful restoration of listed heritage buildings to high quality science and technology laboratories, as well as projects in healthcare, colleges, places of worship and private homes, where careful coordination and minimal disruption are essential.

Working as a close‑knit, highly experienced group, we take a flexible and responsive approach to every project. Schemes typically range from £5k to circa £4m, but regardless of size, each project receives the same level of attention, expertise and care.

Our work is shaped by clear communication, thorough planning, high-quality in-house trades a strong supply chain and a consistent focus on quality on time delivery.
