The scheme will transform the existing hall into a striking, purpose‑built Performing Arts Centre that sets a new benchmark for creative excellence.

Designed to inspire creativity and collaboration, the new facility will feature a versatile auditorium, specialist teaching spaces, dedicated drama studios, and a spacious café that serves as a vibrant social hub for students and visitors. Extensive glass curtain walling will frame the café and communal areas, creating a bright, contemporary environment that connects seamlessly with the wider campus.

Alongside this, the adjoining music practice room annex is undergoing a sensitive remodelling to accommodate a state-of-the-art recording studio. This refurbishment will be complemented by a new Kalzip roof and larch timber cladding, enhancing the building’s performance, acoustic integrity, and architectural character.
