The development included the erection of 7 new housing units and the conversion of Wellington House into two flats, the conversion of the existing corner house into one unit, and the renovation of Wellington Cottage to provide a single dwelling, involving a replacement rear extension.

The scheme also included the provision of vehicular access, parking spaces and bicycle storage facilities, together with a pedestrian entrance from Kingsgate Street.
