The Helios Building

The project involved the construction of a 45,000 sqft building across three floors, consisting of meeting spaces, hot desks, a shared external area, social spaces to promote staff interaction and traditional office facilities.

The building was a high-quality, contemporary office development built to BREEAM excellence standards, fitting sympathetically into its context. The building had a shared entrance with two circulation cores around a central light-well.
