The renovation of the existing two-storey Listed garden building including a complete restoration and installation of new services.

The existing garden building was extended on two elevations to form practice rooms and washroom facilities, a seminar room and circulation space. On the first floor, there is an entertaining/dining area, a kitchen and a storage area.

External areas were landscaped with materials sympathetic to Oxford College's surroundings.
