This negotiated project was the second project for Kingerlee at Cokethorpe following the successful completion of the Learning Resource Centre.

The construction of the teaching block at this high-profile school was designed to complement its adjacent buildings and to complete the fourth side of an open courtyard area.

Due to the location of the building within the school campus, it was necessary to provide a fully considered logistics and management plan to ensure safe access and egress to the site, whilst enabling the school to continue with minimal disruption. A temporary road and crossing points were established in consultation with the school to ensure the smooth operation of the project.
