The first and second floors house four individual flats for the charity whilst the ground floor provides learning facilities which include an art/activity space, a computer area, a teaching kitchen and a central hub where residents and day visitors can meet.

The project involved structural alterations, new utility infrastructure, a passenger lift and extensive alterations to the front of the existing building to form the shop front.
