The existing comprised a complex of three Grade ll listed buildings, including the Main House, a Cart Shed and a Stable. All three buildings are protected by the Local Authority of Stratford-on-Avon District Council.

The main project consisted of refurbishment, alterations and extensions to all three listed buildings, which are protected medieval dwellings.

Other works included site infrastructure, including a new Ground Source Heat Pump and the construction of a new garage with ancillary accommodation situated above.
