This project consisted of the complete strip-out and refurbishment of a substantial family home in 7 weeks.

The works also included the removal and replacement of the existing kitchens and laundry rooms, the addition of new joinery to the bedrooms and studies, and the replacement of all the showers in each bathroom, including new trays and wall tiling.

Complete redecoration of the property, the re-carpeting of the first floor, and restoration of the existing timber floors on the ground floor.

The heating system was overhauled and all radiators in the house were replaced. Finally, all existing light fittings, light switches and power socket outlets were replaced.
