Private Residence, Oxfordshire

The construction of a new 7000 sqft six-bedroom house consisting of a ground floor, first floor, second floor and annex over the footprint of the old post-war farmhouse.  

Externally, the farmhouse incorporates elegant limestone walling, a clay-tiled roof and casement timber doors and windows. Internally, special features include traditional wall panelling, sunken living area, a walk-on roof light, staircase and an oak frame. 

The project also included extensive landscaping works along with a new oak framed garage and plant room that incorporates the farmhouse's sustainable Ground Source Heat Pump.
