This project consisted of the complete refurbishment of a large listed private house that falls within a conservation area in Oxford. 

The property was completely gutted and replaced with new kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, walls and floor finishes. 

New doors and windows were installed along with general repairs to the superstructure and the construction of a new conservatory. 

This project received a letter of Commendation at the Oxford Preservation Trust Awards this year.

The award showcases and recognises projects that make a positive contribution to Oxford to ensure that we are conserving the best of Oxford's past and helping to create a positive future for the city of Oxford.
