The works for this project included the construction of a basement and swimming pool, the installation of mechanical & electrical services, and drainage installations. The latest technologies were utilised within the mechanical and electrical packages.

The outer envelope consists of thin-framed glazing creating an open, light environment with unrestricted views and cladding was created with natural stone and flint, with a range of high quality external and internal joinery.

Hard and soft landscaping to provide relaxing formal and informal gardens completed this high-quality project.
