The “Grand Designs Style” house is built as a frame on two levels forming an L-shape with single-story garages, plant rooms and outhouse space completing the square around a central feature courtyard.
The outer envelope consists of thin-framed glazing creating an open, light environment with unrestricted views and rendered infill panels.
A range of high-quality internal finishes, incorporated from selected ceramic and marble tiling through to veneered wall cladding and mirrored walls. The house features a purpose-designed kitchen, gym and bathrooms with state-of-the-art remote-controlled services throughout.
A water feature and hard landscaping complete the courtyard and accentuate the main entrance area.
