The house was re-serviced including the repositioning of the existing overhead electric supply cable to the front of the premises and was reinstalled to the rear of the property. A new heating system involving traditional-style radiators and underfloor heating was installed on all floors. Timber window shutters were added to all windows complimenting the original architectural features.
Bespoke fitted wardrobes were installed along with shelving units in the eight bedrooms to maximise storage space throughout the house.
The existing Crittal windows were completely overhauled and powder coated with new brass catches added where required.
The new semi-circular raised terrace to the north side of the house compliments the existing external features including stepped gardens and a pool house. Both the front and rear courtyard were extensively refurbished with new paving around a rectangular lawn to the rear courtyard with new stable fronts to the south elevation. The front courtyard is covered with a mixture of York Stone and tarmac. New gates at the entrance hung on stone piers complete the external works.
