The project included the remodelling and refurbishment of the ground and first floors of the Dorn Building and the ground floor of their Annexe Building.

Works included the demolition of the east wing, front canopy and internal walls. The external envelope includes replacement windows and solar shading.

There were also extensive external works to the ‘River Walk’ which significantly enhanced the entrance to the College.
