The refurbished barns comprised a spacious, double-height, living, kitchen and dining area on one-half of the ground floor. A combination of study areas, bedrooms, en-suites and shared bathrooms occupies the other half of the building.

A timber-framed supported, mezzanine floor, above the ground floor bedrooms, provides a master bedroom and en-suite facility.

The restricted nature of the access to the site, and adjacent properties presented challenges that were overcome by the project team.
