A fast-track 18-week full commercial kitchen and servery refurbishment in a Grade II listed building.

The works included alteration and refurbishment of the kitchen, buttery and plant room, a new boiler system, adaptions to the staff room and a new flue was installed to the existing chimney.

All works were undertaken with close liaison through the college to ensure the full operation of the kitchen facilities was not hindered during the project.
