The project consisted of refurbishing the ground and first-floor visitors’ toilet facilities within the main quad of Merton College.

The works involved replacing mechanical and electrical services while removing existing male/female and disabled facilities, and replacing them with individual toilets using high-quality sanitaryware and finishes.
