The design and construction of a new-build mixed-use retail, office and residential development built over 3 floors consisting of 14 apartments, ground floor retail space and car park, first and second-floor office spaces to the Limborough Road elevation of the building.
The apartments are generally 1 bed with associated living spaces and en-suite facilities.
The retail and office sections are steel-framed, pre-cast ground floor, structural metal decking with in-situ concrete to the upper floors.
The residential section of the building is constructed in an in situ concrete frame to the first-floor slab level with a more traditional masonry construction for the upper two floors.
The floors are pre-cast planks, external walls are insulated masonry construction with aluminium glazed windows/curtain walling. The roof is a flat single-ply membrane roof with PV’s located at roof level. A number of the apartments also have external balcony features.
Full mechanical, electrical and drainage installations are included.
