The construction of a new four-storey quadrangle around a large protected beech tree. The accommodation consists of 68 student bedrooms and six small flats, on the upper floors.
The ground floor provides facilities, including a café and kitchen, a library, a number of teaching rooms, and various ancillary spaces such as toilets, offices, and storage. There is also a large basement containing event rooms, a gymnasium, an archive, a plant and other ancillary spaces.
