Greyfriars consists of two Grade ll Listed buildings, separated by a courtyard, Master’s Lodgings and Cloisters. The buildings are located within the City of Oxford's Central (City and University) Conservation Area.

This project consisted of stripping and replacing roof coverings, decorations to external walls, and removing redundant M&E equipment. 

Further works included extensive repairs to the existing timber panelling, full mechanical and electrical installations, electrical underfloor heating to en-suites and complete redecorations to the Master's Lodgings and the Cloisters.
