This project comprises the internal conversion of an existing building to a 100-bedroom student residential block, to provide graduate student accommodation for Oxford University Estates.

The building received extensive asbestos removal, a complete strip out of internal fixtures and fittings and a thorough external clean of the building. The building also received new mechanical and electrical installation.

New internal finishes included a new suite of communal kitchens and bathrooms on each floor and new door sets, ceilings, decorations and floor finishes throughout the building.
