Working alongside equestrian specialist KWA Architects and Archibald Shaw Engineers this bespoke facility includes four American barn-style stable blocks to house the horses. Construction also included a manager’s house, staff accommodation, yard office and tack/farriers facility.
The primary use of the stables is for racehorse rehabilitation and includes an exerciser, walker, salt and spa unit and a warm-up barn.
The stables located on the Lambourn Downs, are within a community of equestrian/racehorse activity and have immediate access to gallops which are part of the rehabilitation process.
