A negotiated fast-track scheme to construct 8 buildings and associated external works in a 28-week period.

Logistical issues included pre-planning to accommodate the clients existing live stable facility, and the coordination of large off-site prefabrication and manufacturing processes, to achieve the tight programme requirements.

The project incorporated construction methods including piling, pre-cast structures, timber-framed buildings and large external works and sub-structure packages.

The nature of the project required Kingerlee to closely incorporate equestrian-specific products such as rubber stable yard paving, stable comfort matting, stable doors and all associated accessories.
