This project comprised the alteration and refurbishment of the college’s main kitchen, including the installation of an external glazed canopy over the kitchen entrance and extension into the basement of an existing lift shaft.

Work also included alterations to the staff room, changing rooms/shower facilities and the installation of new walk-in freezers and a wine cellar.

The project was in eleven phases to enable the kitchen facilities to remain in use during the works.
