Works included the complete strip out of the existing laboratory area and forming 4 individual lab spaces to operate as wet and dry laboratories, with dirty and clean areas and a write-up room.

Further works included the installation of 2 fume cupboards and 1 walk-in fume cupboard, levelling screed, a new anti-slip vinyl, M & E works, and decorations and finishes throughout the building.
