This project included the removal of the existing stairs and the installation of a new stair core extension and passenger lift.

Extensive temporary works were undertaken due to the removal of internal load-bearing walls and installation of structural steelwork to create large open space teaching areas and office space, including the internal redecoration and new finishes with the installation of new mechanical and electrical services.

A large steel-framed external gantry was also erected to support the mechanical plant to the rear of the building.
