This project involved the complete strip-out and refurbishment of a substantial family home, delivered within an impressive seven week programme.

Works included the removal and replacement of existing kitchens and laundry rooms, alongside the installation of bespoke joinery to bedrooms and studies. All bathrooms were fully renewed, with new shower trays and wall tiling installed throughout.

A full redecoration was carried out across the property, complemented by new carpeting to the first floor and the careful restoration of existing timber floors on the ground floor. The heating system underwent a comprehensive overhaul, with all radiators replaced, while electrical finishes were upgraded to include new light fittings, switches, and power socket outlets throughout.
