This new spa building was a key component of this luxurious 5-star development scheme at Estelle Manor. Situated within a peaceful woodland on the estate’s western side.

The project involved the construction of a grand entrance hall, featuring marble flooring, sculpted columns, and ornate
roof lights, leading visitors through a series of changing rooms and pretreatment areas to a variety of pools and treatment spaces.

The ground floor of the spa includes a tea lounge with chequerboard-patterned flooring, sun terraces, and a gallery landing overlooking the Tepidarium Pool. A spiral
staircase leads guests into the Caldarium and an variety of plunge pools.

The east wing features a yoga studio and multi-purpose treatment space extending onto an external terrace. The spa boasts six distinct bodies of water, including a Grotto Cave with a waterfall, a Marble Stepped Pool, and plunge pools.

Additional amenities include ten treatment rooms, a steam room, a sauna, Rasul, Hammam experiences, and a hydrotherapy shower. The facility covers 2,900 square
meters on the ground floor and 2,700 square meters in the basement.

Further works involved extensive excavation, waterproofing, steel frame transition, stone and brick façade work, and meticulous interior and exterior finishing, ensuring a high-quality finish for our clients.
