The complete renovation of a 1930s dairy farm situated in Berkshire.

The development thoughtfully transformed the former farm into three high-quality commercial office spaces of approximately 500 sq ft each, featuring modern amenities designed to meet the needs of contemporary businesses.

The works included new flooring, replacement doors and windows, reroofing, and the installation of WCs and wet rooms.

Sustainability was a key consideration throughout the project, with efforts made to retain as much of the existing building fabric as possible, including the reuse of doors, ironmongery, and other materials. In addition, the development incorporated 108 solar panels, supporting energy efficiency and future-ready infrastructure
