St Anne's College, New Library

A New Library & Academic Centre which is located on the frontage of the college campus off the Woodstock Road in Oxford.

The building is designed for longevity with the external facade materials selection being a stone faced pre cast structure which is in keeping with traditional university buildings.
The basement is formed with secant/load bearing piles and  a concrete liner wall with ground source heat technology installed within the building foot print. 
The three storey reinforced concrete frame receives a steel  roof structure and  high quality concrete stone faced facade panels and stone banding at each floor level.
Full height windows are carefully inserted at each floor level.
The external finishes include a grass quad with a new York stone driveway.
