Situated in the picturesque village
of Cookham in Berkshire, the Special
Projects team undertook a sensitive
refurbishment of the Grade II* listed
Holy Trinity Church.

The works comprised alterations
and internal reordering, including the
installation of an underfloor heating
system, all executed with great care to
preserve the historic character of the
building.

Given the challenging nature of the
location, with restricted access via
narrow roads and public footpaths,
meticulous planning was essential. The
team implemented careful measures
to minimise disruption to the local
community, while ensuring that the
project was completed within the
agreed timeframe.
