Set within the Northamptonshire countryside, this exclusive private estate comprises a new farmhouse, farm manager’s residence and an elegant stable block.
Constructed in local ironstone with Bath stone detailing and a slate mansard-style roof, the house draws on Queen Anne and Georgian traditions, with careful proportions and detailing giving it a settled, traditional character.
The principal farmhouse is a striking three-storey home, offering five en-suite bedrooms alongside a series of refined living spaces, including formal reception rooms, a bespoke kitchen, games room and an indoor swimming pool.
Constructed using cross-laminated timber with exposed glulam beams, the house combines contemporary engineering with traditional craftsmanship. Externally, Cotswold stone, oak boarding and minimal-frame glazing are unified beneath a Cotswold tiled roof, while interiors are finished with stone and timber floors and finely detailed oak joinery, creating a warm and quietly luxurious atmosphere throughout.
