Set within six hectares, the 1,600 m² thatched house is arranged as two wings around a top-lit glazed gallery, with stone chimneys and ground-floor fireplaces. A reinforced concrete basement houses a private cinema and gym, while the structure combines concrete foundations, an in situ slab, steel framing and oak glulam roof beams.

The façade pairs local Great Tew quarry stone with glazing, including distinctive eyebrow windows set into the thatched roof. Internally, oak and stone floors, stone and rendered walls, and bespoke joinery define the interiors.

A separate energy centre serves the house and pool, with the pool formed as a standalone structure linked by a landscaped path, completing a refined rural retreat.
