Kingerlee delivered the construction of a bespoke residential home of exceptional quality, set within the grounds of a private estate adjoining the River Arle.

The project comprised the construction of a basement incorporating a swimming pool, alongside the installation of advanced mechanical and electrical services and comprehensive drainage works. State‑of‑the‑art technologies were seamlessly integrated throughout the mechanical and electrical packages to ensure contemporary performance and long‑term efficiency.

The building envelope is defined by elegant, slim‑profile glazing, creating light‑filled interiors with uninterrupted views across the surrounding landscape. This is complemented by natural stone and flint cladding, carefully selected to enhance both character and longevity. A wide range of premium external and internal joinery elements were incorporated, reflecting the craftsmanship evident throughout the scheme.

Extensive hard and soft landscaping was completed to create a series of formal and informal garden spaces, providing a tranquil setting and forming a fitting conclusion to this highly considered and prestigious project.
