This scheme was delivered to provide new sport, performing arts and music facilities on the existing Mandeville School campus in Aylesbury. This contract was one of four consecutive projects awarded to Kingerlee by Buckinghamshire County Council.

The three‑phase project began with essential service diversions and the creation of a new entrance crossover and parking area to satisfy the scheme’s planning conditions.

The main works included the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a new steel‑framed facility, featuring an external envelope with extensive glazing and curtain walling.

The comprehensive external works package also created a new frontage and welcoming reception area for the school.
