This project was a repeat commission for Kingerlee at Lincoln College, Oxford, and involved the renovation of a two-storey listed garden building.

Works included a full restoration of the existing structure and the installation of new mechanical and electrical services.

The building was extended on two elevations to provide practice rooms, washroom facilities, a seminar room, and improved circulation space. The first floor comprised an entertaining and dining area, a kitchen, and storage facilities.

External areas were landscaped using materials sympathetic to the historic character of the college grounds.
