Works at Hard to Find Farm, Flackwell Heath centred on the conversion of four Grade II Listed barns, bringing renewed purpose to these historic structures while preserving their distinctive character.

The scheme delivered two residential dwellings, office accommodation and a flexible business unit, carefully designed to balance heritage integrity with contemporary use.

Extensive external works included the creation of 36 parking spaces and thoughtfully planned access and garden areas, seamlessly integrated within the rural setting. All works were undertaken in accordance with Historic England guidance, reflecting a strong commitment to craftsmanship and long-term heritage stewardship.
