This substantial development was delivered over two consecutive phases and encompassed the demolition of existing extensions surrounding the college chapel, selective tree removal, and the construction of two new buildings and a pavilion.

The project also involved the comprehensive refurbishment of five existing buildings, together with the creation of a new quad, landscaped pathways, and cycle shelters.

The newly constructed buildings incorporate extensive basement levels and are sustainably heated through a combination of ground and air source heat systems, supplemented by roof-mounted solar panels. The development provides 120 en-suite student rooms, two meeting rooms, and a pavilion designed to accommodate meetings and events, complete with accessible facilities and dedicated office space.

The refurbishment works included the installation of entirely new mechanical and electrical services, upgraded insulation, and double-glazed windows throughout. Externally, new boundary walls with traditional-style railings were constructed to the front and rear of the property, enhancing both the aesthetic quality and overall character of the development.
