ESG - Embedded in how we operate

At Kingerlee, ESG is embedded in how we build, how we work, and how we make decisions.

As a fifth-generation family business, we believe responsibility means thinking long-term, acting transparently, and continually improving our impact.

Leading with Integrity: At Kingerlee,
our decisions are guided by fairness,
transparency, and a commitment to
excellence—principles that have defined
our family business for generations.

Incorperating ESG into how we operate

Over the past year, we have embedded our ESG Action Plan into the way we work, strengthening our commitment to being a responsible and sustainable business. What began as a framework is now part of everyday decision-making across the organisation.
With dedicated leads, regular cross-team collaboration, and a full year of baseline data, we are tracking progress more clearly, building on success, and focusing on where we can go further.
This report reflects the progress we have made, from advancing our ESG initiatives to strengthening our community impact and industry recognition. It also sets out our priorities for the year ahead.
We remain ambitious about the role we can play in shaping a more sustainable future, creating buildings, partnerships, and communities that stand the test of time.

Our 2026 ESG Highlights
