The refurbishmentof key areas of the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Oxford.
The former glasswash and autoclave space was transformed into two new shared facilities: a Tissue Culture Laboratory and a Biophysics Small Research Facility, each equipped to support departmental research groups.

Additionally, the team refurbished the South Parks Road Microscopy Service (Micron) to better serve the university’s scientific community, who utilise the electron microscopes available through the service. With the relocation of existing glasswash and waste services, the project reconfigured vacated space and a third floor laboratory, ensuring the building continued to meet the needs of cutting-edge research.
