Kingerlee also delivered an external skills area dedicated to landscaping trainees.
In addition, the adjacent Special Educational Needs School, Heritage House, was refurbished to provide new office accommodation and additional teaching facilities.

The project was delivered in carefully managed phases, enabling the initial areas to be completed and operational in time for the start of the academic year.
