  • Three-storey building including basement
  • Oak-framed tasting room
  • Multiple facilities for wine production
  • Sensitive landscaping
This innovative winery building was located in the picturesque Stonor Valley in South Oxfordshire, on land highly acclaimed for its fertility and suitability for growing grapes and producing premium Méthode Champenoise-style wines.
The building comprised a basement and two further floors, providing facilities for wine production, storage, marketing, and equipment storage.

The external envelope was designed to be sympathetic to the character of the local area, incorporating brickwork with flint panels, Siberian larch cladding, and oak-framed colonnades and entrance features.
Internally, the finishes included an oak-framed tasting room on the first floor and high-quality porcelain tiling within the wine production and storage areas.

Externally, the site was landscaped with sensitivity to its surroundings, ensuring it complemented the local environment.
